Cancellation Policy

At Little Tot Depot, we prioritize safety, education, and enjoyment in our Playtime Express sessions. To ensure a high standard of service and provide the best experience for your child, we have established the following policies: 1. Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking: Sessions must be booked at least one week in advance to allow for personalized lesson planning. Bookings can be made online or via phone. Cancellation: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 2. Health and Safety Policy Illness: Reschedule your session if your child is unwell. Our consultants may reschedule if they observe signs of illness upon arrival. Environment: Sessions are held in your home. Ensure the play area is safe, clean, and hazard-free. Consultants will conduct a brief safety check upon arrival. 3. Parental/Guardian Involvement Supervision: A parent or guardian must be present during the session. While not required to participate, parents are encouraged to observe and engage as they feel comfortable. Feedback: After each session, we provide a summary of activities and observations. We welcome your comments and suggestions to improve our services. 4. Confidentiality and Privacy Privacy: All shared information, including your child’s developmental progress and personal details, will be kept confidential and used solely for tailoring our sessions. Photography: Photos or videos of sessions for training and promotional purposes will only be taken with prior written consent from the parent or guardian. 5. Payment Policy Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards and online transfers. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 7-10 business days. 6. Code of Conduct Respect: Interactions with our consultants should be respectful and courteous. Behavioral Concerns: If a child consistently displays disruptive behavior, we will discuss strategies with the parent or guardian to address these concerns. By adhering to these policies, we aim to create a structured, safe, and enjoyable environment for your child's play and learning through our Playtime Express sessions.
