Our Mission

Little Tot Depot was founded with one simple mission: to help families navigate one of early childhood's biggest milestones with confidence, preparation, and support. We believe potty learning is more than teaching a child to use the potty—it's about building routines, independence, and confidence that benefit the whole family.

Our Approach
Our Signature 3-Day Potty Training Program combines nearly 30 years of early childhood experience with a child-centered, research-informed approach tailored to each child's unique needs. Rather than focusing only on quick results, we help families build the routines, confidence, and consistency that support lasting potty learning success.

Meet Ms. Buchi

For nearly 30 years, Ms. Buchi has worked with young children as a Montessori educator, early childhood professional, and parent. Throughout her career, she has helped children build confidence, independence, and practical life skills through patient, child-centered guidance. Today, she combines decades of classroom experience with research-informed potty learning strategies to help families create routines that support lasting success.

Early Childhood Education

Ms. Buchi holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and has spent her career helping young children reach important developmental milestones through patience, encouragement, and hands-on learning.

Montessori Educator

For nearly three decades, Ms. Buchi has worked in Montessori classrooms and private homes, helping children develop independence, confidence, and practical life skills through child-centered learning.

Child-Centered Approach

Rather than focusing on quick results, Ms. Buchi helps families build routines, confidence, and consistency that support lasting potty learning success.
